訪問 / Visit

訪問後、車の中で
何度も涙がこみ上げる
あんなにも変わってしまって
もうどれだけ永らえられるのか

訪問後、お風呂の中で
何度も思い出し笑い
昔のように冗談を
手振り目振りで繰り広げ

訪問後、飛行機の中で
何度も自分に言い聞かせる
次は正月に会えるよと
言った言葉に嘘はないと

I shed tears many times
how much you have changed
how much longer you would live

After the visit, in the bath
I laughed many times
as I remembered we joked like old times
jokes that only we know

After the visit, on the plane
I keep telling myself,
there is no lie on the words I gave him
"we'll meet again on New Years’ time"
